Here's little Dee -- 6 weeks old as of Aug 10th, 2005 --

-- she will be fostered for two more weeks, when she'll then be spayed and ready for placement --

-- Dee is deaf. This is very common with all-white bully-breeds.

While some may see deafness as a detriment, there are many parents who prefer it.

That said, Dee will go only to a home with training pre-arranged for her special needs.

 

Her foster momma writes --

"I do dog rescue, I was a vet tech for 13 years.... anyway...

This weekend I rescued a pit mix puppy, 6 weeks old, blue eyes and deaf. She was in a very bad situation in town."

 

 

"Her mother was 10 years old and had litters every time she was in heat.

The woman that I got her from had not much of a better enviroment to offer her."
