Here's what the local Animal Control Officer writes --
"I do have Jody. She is high energy, under 2 years. Jody has been in the prison program since March 29th. She knows all her basic commands and is housebroken. She likes other dogs, not sure about cats. The cats were hissing and she was barking. She can play rough at times, so no small kids. Jody only has a few more weeks in the prison program. The dogs are only allowed to stay in for 90 days. After the dog's 90 days, they have to come back to the shelter and still wait for a home.
