Well, this girl has had rough days lately -- Sue writes --

" JUSTICE is a 2-year-old, spayed, fully vaccinated, petite, black & white American Pit Bull beauty with a VERY ALERT, very playful and VERY AFFECTIONATE disposition. Her owner passed away this summer ('05) after a difficult and prolonged illness. Since that time, Justice has been looked after in a kennel.

The staff at the kennel all agree that Justice learns quickly, that it doesn't take much to get a BIG, SILLY SMILE out of her (good 'ole belly rubs are a must but just being by your side is the best thing in the world ), and without a doubt, Justice has her "licker license" - so be prepared for lots of KISSES! Kennel caregivers report that she loves to romp and be part of the action but when her energy is spent you'll swear she's morphed into a warm and cuddly lap dog. "

"The kennel's team of professionals believe that Justice will thrive in a household of caring adult(s) who hover close to home, perhaps, with responsible teenagers (though not aggressive , her strength and energetic play may be too much for children).

Justice has been socialized in the kennel with larger, female dogs and enjoys playing both submissive and dominant roles with them but, because she was only recently spayed, she has not yet been socialized with males. Through positive reward training she is able to perform basic commands. "

"Her owner's illness prevented consistent structure for fool-proof housetraining but since she has been on the kennel's schedule, she has done very well .

"Sweet" Justice (as everyone refers to her) is a prime candidate for advanced instruction and has a loyal heart full of love and laughter to bring to the experienced, doting "family" she deserves!"

So, if you're willing to give this girl the life she deserves, and can help her out of this bond -- FOREVER --

-- fill out an adoption application above --

THANK YOU, ALL, for helping her to this point -- !!
