Here's little Mase, out of NJ --

-- his rescuer writes --

"The owner took Mase from someone else who was working at his same job base when they were transferred.  He thought he would be at the base longer but he is now being transferred as well and has not been able to find Mase a home."

In short, little Mas has been passed from one owner to the next, all in his first year of life.

She continues --

" He tells me Mase is about 1 year old, up to date on shots but not neutered, gets along well with his 14 year old and his girlfriend's 7 and 11 year olds as well as the girlfriend's shihtzu that he plays with (he offered to send video of this).  Said he has no guarding issues and has responded well to any training he has tried to give him since he has had him these past three months."

So, he looks quite social and sweet, and he will be neutered and fully vetted before placement!

Now the tough part --

"He is being transferred in the next week and is now desperate to find a place for the dog.  We are completely full and can't help him."

Like so many dogs, Mase is on a very tight time-frame --

-- add that he's black and one year old, two difficult factors in his "curb appeal" for adoption --

-- but, for the right person, they won't even consider these "cons" -- they'll instead see him as a work in progress, and will promise him this next move will be final.

Are you ready for a fun, committed journey with this boy?

If so. fill out an application above!
