Linus will be all right ...

 

 

Dusty and Ellen stopped by from Long Island today to see their little man, Linus. They are interested in adopting him, and initially saw him 3 weeks ago, at just three weeks!

In short, they love him. Ellen is a dog trainer and was really inpressed with Linus' demeanor -- he is attentive, yet not distracted. He is also gentle with his mouth, except for with Dusty's goatee!

Ellen wants to write a book on how to rescue a dog, featuring Linus -- !! She said she wants to increase exposure to the adoption-option, rather than going to breeders, and this book should fit the bill -- with little Linus as its star!

 

Linus did fantastic, at only 6 weeks. He was super-sweet and curious, like any healthy puppy should be -- :)

 

 Linus didn't even hold back in the affection department, showing his new dad exactly what he thought of him!

 

It's amazing when you see a puppy really doted on for the first time - they love it, absorbing everything and returning love in return...

 

 So, in short, it looks like Linus is off to a great start -- after taking this picture, I could have sworn I heard him say, "Don't worry, Eric, I'll do great with these folks" -- do that, dear Linus, and be great about it...
