Bernie is truly blessed with his new family!!

Well, here's Bernie, one of dear China's pups, who has all but grown up and flown the coop -- !! More on Bernie's puppyhood can be found here. Here he is in his first few weeks....
week 1
week 2
week 4

Here's Bernie at his home-visit, at 8 weeks, bright eyed and ready to play -- !!

Bernie meets his new Dad, Dave, who has many happy days planned for Bernie!

Dave even made Bernie a web-page here. As you can see from his write-up, Dave is a true believer in Bernie and the breed!

Momma gives her new boy a hug... !!

As Bernie wanders around, he finds evidence of children -- !!

... and children-a-plenty he meets -- David introduces them properly, explaining to the kids that little Bernie is just a puppy, and that he needs extra-special handling...

... and before long, it's a family affair - !!

... my favorite, first toys...

... though sometimes it's hard to figure out whose toys they are -- !!

.... grrrrr....

... and he's a happy boy...

... next, the family ferret, who is normally caged -- introductions at a young age are helpful...

... the two share a kiss, and call it a day... :D

... so with that, we're done -- pictures are taken...

.. . and the family has a new member...

THANK YOU, Dave and all, for helping to bring the pit bull back as a family-dog -- for trusting him, and allowing him a special place in your home! Your responsible ownership will go MILES with him and your kids, throughout all their lives --

THANK YOU!
