I received an email to help these puppies yesterday --

The owner of the puppies was steps away from taking them to a local humane society, because they were too noisy and bugged the neighbors, who called animal control and family and child services. After fines were levied, the puppies' days were numbered. Two of the puppies were given away just hours before my arrival.

The owners' sister is active in animal rescue, and she ensures me she will get both Troubles and Princess altered after this mishap. Both of the adults are staying in their home. They are loved and well-cared for.
